First class customer service from initial enquiry to drop off.I was kept fully informed of my driver, vehicle registration and make and arrival time. My driver arrived early to ensure I was on time for my appointment.I was greeted by a well turned out driver and pristine clean vehicle and given a smooth ride to my destination.Gabriela was thoroughly professional and chatted to me without being intrusive.The price was reasonable compared to other quotes. I highly recommend this company for first class customer service .

The booking process was very clear and efficient and the taxi arrived promptly. Only complaint was I felt the driver was in a bit too much of a hurry to get us home because he did drive faster than he needed to. I think it was because it was his last job and he wanted to get home. Also the music was blaring out from Capital UK for the entire trip.

Super-reliable airport transfer, even during odd hours, in vehicles of excellent condition. I received an email days before the scheduled transfer date with the vehicle and driver details. Also - this is very important - you can actually phone the number for Leo Taxis airport transfers even on a Sunday and someone will help you.I have had multiple bad experiences with Taxico - last-minute cancellations or taxis just don't show up so I was just about to give up on this completely, but with Leo I now have confidence to book airport transfers again.
