Booking was pick up from Bristol Airport to Taunton. My flight was Ryanair from Finland. Flight was repeatedly delayed and arrived some 38 hrs late! Despite dreadful communication from Ryanair Leo's kept in direct touch with me via txt. Cab was at the airport pickup within 2 minutes of my getting there. I could have kissed the driver! Brilliant!!!!!

Our Friday evening train to Taunton was delayed by more than an hour and a half and Leo Taxis handled the delay brilliantly. I was able to update the booking as the delay got worse, and our driver Gabriela was friendly, kind and very understanding. I would definitely use Leo Taxis again.

My journey with Gabriel was excellent. I suffer from travel sickness and Gabriel appreciated this fact and drove very carefully along dark country lanes.

Very expensive, but they all charge about the same with petrol so high, hopefully will move to an electric fleet in the very near future and be to reduce prices perhaps as buses and others have done.

The booking process was very clear and efficient and the taxi arrived promptly. Only complaint was I felt the driver was in a bit too much of a hurry to get us home because he did drive faster than he needed to. I think it was because it was his last job and he wanted to get home. Also the music was blaring out from Capital UK for the entire trip.

Super-reliable airport transfer, even during odd hours, in vehicles of excellent condition. I received an email days before the scheduled transfer date with the vehicle and driver details. Also - this is very important - you can actually phone the number for Leo Taxis airport transfers even on a Sunday and someone will help you.

These guys saved the day on Friday. We were on our way from Plymouth to the NeYo concert in Birmingham and our car broke down. After RAC let us down with the hire car we were stranded with kids at the services with 3 hours until the concert started.
